Studying Human Resource Management and working at the same time has taught me many a thing about leadership and its practical application. But the most valuable lesson about leadership I have learnt is that leadership is more about common sense and less about your self. From my experience,  most leadership disasters can be averted if people paid attention to how their peers or subordinates feel about what they do as leaders and because the leaders themselves are selfish and put themselves before their subordinates or team.

The ultimate goal of this blog is to be a referral point and a source of inspiration and motivation for all would be leaders. Remember , people don’t leave companies, they leave managers.
